2.- Services

E&A. offers two types of commercial/residential professional cleaning services: General and Detailed. Both services can be integrated into home or business properties (i.e., Houses, Apartments, Business Offices, Lots and Real Estate Resale/Rentals).

1. Detailed Cleaning and janitorial service covers the more complete and extraneous cleaning needs, including rough and final cleaning, removing debris, stripping and waxing floors, Shampoo Carpet, cleaning marble floors and getting to most inaccessible areas.

2. General Cleaning and janitorial service covers your basic cleaning needs, including mopping and disinfecting bathrooms,

4.- INSURANCES & LICENSES

For your protection and ours, E&A is a bonded, insured, and licensed company and can provide proof upon request. We are also listed and setup with the federal government contracting office. Other associated licenses are as follows:

5.- REPORTS

E&A handles its employee’s time sheets and tax information.

6.- CLIENT & MANAGEMENT RELATIONSHIP

E&A has a professional and thoroughly trained staff to handle commercial industrial cleaning requests. We feel that our expertise and years of experience helps us understand the needs of our clients better than most. All employees have been screened and background checked. Effective communication enables us to continue to provide our clients with top quality service as well as avoid any possible problems or misunderstandings that could arise. As such, our clients are always welcome to call, email or write us regarding any problems or concerns that they may have. All communication or correspondence received after normal business hours or while we are out on a site, will be answered by someone on the Management Team as soon as possible.

7.- CONTRACTS

A. Contract Length: The duration/rates depend on scope of work for contract being awarded.

B. Termination Clause: Termination/Cancellation depends upon terms set in the contract.

C. Temporary Accounts: Contracts/Jobs that are less than three months in duration are considered Temporary.
